Cricfy.co.ke (the "Website") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have established the following policy for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
Important Notice: Cricfy.co.ke does NOT host any copyrighted content on our servers. We provide installation guides and instructions for third-party applications only. All APK files are hosted on external platforms (Telegram) and are not stored on our servers.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. The notice must include the following information:

What We Do Upon Receiving a Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice to ensure it contains all required information.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Make a good faith effort to notify the user who posted the material (if applicable).
- Take reasonable steps to contact the user to inform them of the removal.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the jurisdiction where our service provider is located).

Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate any user at any time for any reason.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
